S. Korea, US, Japan kick off Freedom Edge drills

The annual South Korea-Japan-US Freedom Edge multidomain exercise kicked off Monday, continuing trilateral military cooperation even after Washington sharply scaled back a major bilateral drill with Seoul last month.
