Fortum's NuCore Energi applies for Swedish state support for new nuclear

NuCore Energi - a subsidiary of Finnish utility Fortum - has submitted an application to the Swedish government for state support for the construction of new nuclear generating capacity adjacent to the existing Oskarshamn site.
