Moroccans vote in parliamentary elections after migrant rush to Ceuta

Moroccan voters are choosing a new parliament Wednesday in elections dominated by economic concerns after a mass migration surge to the Spanish enclave of Ceuta in the summer highlighted concerns over rising youth unemployment and the cost of living. Nearly 16 million Moroccans have registered to elect 395 members of the House of Representatives.
