India did not invite Bangladesh PM Rahman for BRICS; invite was for BIMSTEC Chair: Dhaka

The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs said that Bangladesh PM Tarique Rahman was invited in his capacity as the head of BIMSTEC, not as the Prime Minister.
